The Brand & Product
Tectus Matrix® products are fungicide, bactericide and biostimulant formulas that have been proven to control every plant pathogen tested to date, treat abiotic stress, stimulate plant growth, and increase yields significantly on numerous high value crops (bananas and tomatoes). The products act systemically, and the mode of action is disruption of the pathogen membranes, therefore not causing pathogenic mutation. In a tomato greenhouse test, Salveo’s Tectus Matrix® doubled the yield.
Formulations are a novel patented nanotechnology platform. Tectus Matrix® is a sustainable invention with the potential to replace and as effective as synthetic chemicals. The technology platform utilising natural earth ingredients makes Tectus Matrix® unique as it provides a methodology to develop many products. It has been proven in live greenhouse trials against Panamá Disease as a curative/preventative at Texas A&M University. It is proven on 14 pathogens including bacteria, Erwinia.
Salveo’s nanotechnology manufacturing processes are scalable and profitable.
Intellectual Property
The first patent was approved in 2021 and has been filed in 48 countries for all agricultural pathogens. Up to now, Salveo’s focus has been on banana pathogens. It has been approved in USA and Mexico. The Intellectual property is owned by Salveo, Inc. One divisional patent with optional formulations and broader claims and a new biostimulant patent are pending.
