Jack Bracewell — Founder, President, and Inventor
Jack is a highly qualified business executive with a career that includes progressively more responsible positions with excellent team management, communication, presentation, and analytical and critical thinking skills. He has a successful track record as a relationship builder, inventor, web architect, business strategist and consultant with more than forty-one years of sales, strategic planning, marketing and customer relationship management experience.
Mr. Bracewell’s strengths are in working in many industries types; as a consultant to IBM, working with startups, and technical knowledge combined with his expertise in executive management, marketing, sales and business solutions makes Jack a uniquely capable executive.
As an inventor, Jack has had a few firsts....
- In 1977 Jack made the first process color (4 color) screen printed shirts and the Denver Broncos wore that shirt in all Super Bowl XII interviews during pregame interviews.
- In 1995 he invented the Florida Internet Yellow Pages (FIYP) that was the first business yellow pages online. FIYP was collaboration between TerraByte and Dunn & Bradstreet serving over 500,000 Florida businesses.
- Tectus Matrix®was his first invention for agriculture and currently has many new products in development.
MARK GRIFFITHS — CEO, VICE-CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mark is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with an extensive history of working in the pharmaceuticals industry in a diverse spread of organizations and cultures, including 15 years with Dishman Carbogen Amcis. He is able to employ a wide range of tactical experiences and translate these into actionable growth strategies, delivering high added value technical and operational solutions within the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry. Qualified as an engineer and with extensive experience managing complex projects, he brings a cross-functional ability to anticipate and optimize technical, operational and management issues. Mark has designed, built and managed facilities ranging in function from research and development to manufacturing.
Mark holds a Master of Science in engineering from Bristol University, UK.
Henriette J.Cataldo — Chief Marketing Officer Corp. Secretary
Henriette is an experienced business executive with an entrepreneurial mindset. As a director of Zentia, a privately owned family office, she oversees its direct investments in start-ups and participates in the governance of the invested companies.
Her significant expertise in marketing strategy, brand, image and new product development comes from years of working with well-known global consumer brands for companies such as 3M, Elizabeth Arden, Sally Hansen, P&G, Gucci and is now put to work to help management teams scale up their commercial operations.
With a particular passion in the agrifood sector, Henriette is also actively involved in the management of the agricultural assets owned by Zentia, as well as supporting Salveo Agro™ as Chief Marketing Officer responsible for driving its ambitious European growth plans.
A Danish citizen resident in Switzerland, she studied at Copenhagen Business School and Erasmus Universiteit in Holland, graduating with a Masters in International Marketing & Management.
Henriette favours spending her spare time with family and friends, dogs and horses and out and about in the countryside.

Henriette J. Cataldo
Henriette is our Corporate Secretary, Chief Marketing Officer. She ia also Director of a Family Office in Zurich, Switzerland. She is experienced consumer goods marketing executive with significant expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, business development, product management and trade marketing. Henriette has a strong record of project management, developing and launching new products with excellent financial and commercial acumen with P&L accountability. Proven ability to build highly performing teams. Confident communicator with strong international, interpersonal and language skills.
Gustavo Merino Juarez, PhD
Gustavo is a Professor at the School of Government at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. Previously, he was Director of the Investment Center Division at FAO of the United Nations. He was CEO of Financiera Rural, a national development bank for rural areas in Mexico. Also, Gustavo was Vice-Minister at the Ministry of Social Development of Mexico. Gustavo has a Masters and PhD in Public Policy from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from ITAM.
Ann Beaulieu, PhD
Ann brings over 40 years of industrial experience from Rohm and Haas, Dow AgroSciences (now Corteva) and AgroFresh (AGFS). She started her career as a discovery herbicide scientist. Over the course of her career in Agriculture, she has been engaged in every facet of new product development including, discovery, chemical process development, manufacturing, GLP analytical, biological efficacy and product registration in over 50 countries. She was the Vice President of R&D and Regulatory in AgroFresh and a member of the executive leadership team aligning the R&D and Innovation functions with the business strategy. Dr Beaulieu is on the Health-Agriculture Nexus advisory board of the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research.
Ann has a PhD from Professor Albert l Meyers in synthetic organic chemistry from Colorado State University, a BS in chemistry from Northeastern University and completed the Wharton management certification program.
