Serial dilutions 1–500 ppm. MIC/MBC via spectrophotometry (600 nm, 48 h) and solid media. Foc plate-dilution radial growth over 9 days, 10 replicates, CRD. PDA negative control; quaternary ammonium positive control. Statistics in R (Kruskal-Wallis / Dunn, α=0.05).
